You mom got fed up with all the speeders on our road... So within the span of a couple days, your mom has organized the neighborhood, contacted city commissioners, planners, chief of police... i filled in for her at the city counsel meeting (she had a sore throat).. and whammo! We have action...
They painted a new 'stop bar' on the ground where the stop sign resides. And replaced the existing stop sign with a more reflective one. Now they are instituting a traffic study, to be followed by more traffic enforcement, and potentially some traffic slowing modifications (pending traffic study outcome).
She' keeping our neighborhood safe! She rocks the house!
